Depending on the application and the level of protection required, we provide die cutting, kiss cutting, and slitting of a variety of films to protect everything from injection molded components, fabrics, glass, wire harnesses, electrical components and painted parts. Most films are coupled with a selected pressure sensitive adhesive for lamination that ensures an appropriate bond while avoiding adhesive residue.
Extruded Weatherstripping, Protectors, and Seals
Pacific Die Cut converts extruded EPDM, Santoprene, silicone and other solid and cellular elastomers including dual hardness extrusions used in a variety of application such as weather strips, edge protectors, and other passenger compartment seals. We are a leader in laminating pressure sensitive adhesive tape into intricate extruded channels. Die cutting or kiss cutting tight tolerance features on extruded products is an expertise developed through years of experience.
Fastening
We convert hook and loop, Velcro, double sided tapes, acrylic foam tapes, VHB tapes, transfer adhesives, Dual Lock tapes, and other materials for permanent and re-loseable fastening and attachment systems mechanisms. We have years of experience die cutting and laminating vehicle interior and exterior applications include headliners, interior trim components, body side moldings, badges, structural foams, emblems, fascia and overfenders. All materials are available with complementary pressure sensitive adhesives. |
