We have extensive experience with die cutting, kiss cutting and lamination of a variety of custom-shaped films to protect everything from injection molded components, fabrics, glass, wire harnesses, electrical components, lenses, and painted parts. Depending on the application and the level of protection required, films are coupled with pressure sensitive adhesives to ensure an appropriate bond while leaving no residue behind.
We provide die cutting, kiss cutting, slitting and lamination of bumpers, spacers, grommets, gap-fillers, stops, shock absorbing pads and feet that are converted from roll goods or extrusions. Cellular or solid elastomers are designed for their shock absorbing, vibration damping, and/or non-skid properties and are often paired with complementary pressure sensitive adhesives.
