Clinical & Surgical Packaging Accessories
Pacific Die Cut Industries, with its newest division, PDCI Medical, has serviced the medical, automotive and industrial markets for almost two decades, dedicating itself as an efficient and reliable source for precision die-cutting, multi-layer laminating and narrow-width slitting.  Over the years, PDCI Medical has broadened its range of expertise to include turn-key capabilities such as design, development and assembly of custom packaging systems tailored to meet the exacting needs of biomedical firms who seek to enhance the marketability of their products while streamlining their supply chains.

With constant pressures weighing on OEMs to contain packaging costs, PDCI Medical has developed a series of affordable packaging designs that will help in reducing the cost associated with traditional packaging without compromising the security, sterility and performance of the packaging system.

PDCI Medical offers contract packaging services in addition to providing die cut or converted packaging components. With recent investments in capital equipment, PDCI has the capabilities and dedicated facilities necessary to assemble your devices into the packaging materials your product requires.

Catheter/Cannula Holders
Please see information on SurgiKit.

Pouching Solutions
With top-of-the-line heat sealing equipment, PDCI Medical can convert the material of choice (Tyvek, polyethylene foam/films, polymer films, etc.) into a three dimensional pouch, ready for your assembly line.  To outsource your assembly requirements, please see Assembly.

Surgical Trays
Most commonly used materials for these applications fall within the realm of plastic or foam.  Multiple layers of different designs can be bonded together to form the perfect combination of security and accessibility needed in the operating room.

Suture Strips
Suture strips minimize the risk of wounds opening up prematurely in the healing process, thus subjecting the wound to further environmental exposure and subsequent infection.  Suture strips can be ideal after staples or sutures are removed.
